Collection Analyst II with French Łódź, Poland Contract: Until end of December 2025 ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: #LI-DNI Various Collection Activities: Pre-Collection and Collection of receivables, blocked orders monitoring & management, Master Data maintenance, providing Credit References, participation in Credit meetings, various reporting activities. Leading mid-size projects & supports finance initiatives within the business function. First point of contact for Auditors (scope review, requests management). Coordination of the regular meetings with key business representatives and stakeholders – including preparation of regular follow-up communication. Performing internal process audits. Provide regular and ad hoc reporting and analysis for various AR trends. Supporting new team members during the onboarding process. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: At least 3 years of experience on similar position in area of finance. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance. Fluent French language skills. Very good English language skills. Very Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Power Point, Word). Good Knowledge of SAP. Very good teamwork, communication, and presentations skills. Very good analytical skills and ability to apply good judgment and solve complex problems. Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence without formal authority at all levels of management. Demonstrated ability to work independently, under time and responsibility pressure to deliver desired results. Demonstrated strong initiative to drive improvement efforts.
