They help businesses navigate the complexities of the digital landscape by offering expert guidance on various aspects, such as Engineering, Innovation and Digital Transformation.As a Senior Business Development Manager you will play a crucial role in driving a company's growth and success. Your main responsibilities will be Business Development, Recruitment, Management and Development of your team. Your Tasks Will Include: Researching and analyzing IT market trends to discover new potential customers, new markets, and potential partnerships Establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to foster trust and collaboration Developing and implementing strategies to achieve business goals, including identifying areas for improvement and growth. Creating effective campaigns, generating leads, cold calling and closing deals Being responsible for recruiting and managing resources efficiently Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements Coaching more junior team members To be a good fit for the Senior BDM role you will have: Previous experience with the Business Development within the IT sector Strong understanding of the IT Consulting services in Poland Fluent Polish and English Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present with confidence to clients and stakeholders Proficiency in market analysis and an ability to interpret data to make strategic business decisions Proven track record in building and maintaining professional relationships with key industry players and potential clients Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
