What You Will Do You will be responsible for creating meaningful relationships with HCPs that assist patients in choosing the right solutions for their skin health. You will develop and execute HCP Value Proposition in line with global brand strategies. As a member of the Professional Program team, you will have access to an array of innovative tools such as CRM platform or Virtual Reality Trainings and support of brilliant individuals within the cross-functional team, including Brand, Shopper, Sales and Business Intelligence. Key Responsibilities • Champion of Kenvue's skin health agenda for Healthcare Professionals in Poland, • Roll-out of global HCP strategy, • Developing and executing education agenda for HCPs, • Ensuring HCP advocacy for key skin health brands, • Managing HPC influencers community • Monitoring and improving effectiveness of the key activities, • Support for the sales teams via content and training, • Leveraging CRM to maximize reach and engagement, • Engaging and managing medical Key Opinion Leaders, • Close cooperation with Brand Activation, Business Intelligence and Sales, • Ensuring compliance within the scope of responsibility, • Cooperation with professional associations and educational institutions.
