One of the many areas they are focusing on is to design and implement next generation activities- reformulating operating models, optimizing processes and installing automation.As a Accounts Payable Specialist, you will join our client's finance team and play a crucial role in end-to-end invoice processing and financial record accuracy. Enjoy two weeks of onsite training in Brno, Czech Republic, followed by fully remote work arrangements. Your tasks will include: End-to-end processing of invoices in Oracle Handling payment runs Ensuring accurate financial records and audit compliance Produce weekly payment runs and analyse supplier discounts to ensure timely and cost-effective payments. Resolving internal and external queries efficiently. Prepare journal entries to maintain precise accounting records. Compile the "on hold report" for sites. Prepare month-end closure reports. Settle direct debits and ensure all documentation is properly maintained. Examine and analyze cash books to ensure precise financial reporting Ensure accurate financial reporting by reconciling key vendor accounts. Evaluate and approve or decline non-AP payments according to established criteria and policies. Collaborate with Accounts Receivable (AR) to reconcile intercompany accounts. To be a good fit for the Accounts Payable Specialist role, you will have: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline. 3+ years experience in accounts payable or similar financial role. Experience working with Oracle or similar accounting software. Show proficiency in using financial analysis software and tools. Exhibit a keen eye for detail along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
